Also, there are three kinds of condo units to choose from. You can choose from the studio-type, the one-bedroom A, and the one-bedroom B. At first glance, you might think that the spaces might be too small, but do not worry because each condo unit is designed to make the most efficient use of the space.

Let us first take a look at the studio-type unit. The studio units measure between 21 to 23 square meters each. Such might seem small but the floor plan and features of the room actually make the best use of such a small space. Take the sleeping area, for example. The bed frame is elevated, like a bunk bed. However, below the bed are built-in cabinets where the occupant can store his clothes and other belongings. Beside the cabinets is a full-sized desk that your kids can use to study and work on their homework assignments.

Because the cabinets, bed, and study desk are all just one piece, it leaves plenty of space for a living room area and a dining room. The living area can fit a couple of lounge chairs, or a couple of bean bags to save a bit more space, and the dining area can fit a table for two. There is also a basic kitchen, which has built-in overhead cabinets for storage, a tiled countertop and sink, and provisions for a stove and a basic refrigerator.

The bathrooms in every unit come with a built-in toilet, bathroom sink and mirror, and a modest, yet ample shower area.

If you want your kids to have more room and a bit more privacy, you can get them the -bedroom condo unit. The one-bedroom units come in two configurations (Type 8 and 9) but they are all basically the same and even have the same amount of floor space, which is a bit over 36 square meters. The great thing about the one-bedroom units is that they provide more room for a living space because the actual bedroom is partitioned off from the rest of the unit. This means that there is actually enough space for a basic living room setup and a media center.

You do not have to worry about the bedroom area because it is actually large enough to fit a queen-sized bed. If you want to save space, you can just put a twin-sized bed. That way, you will have more space for a full wardrobe, a desk, and other furniture pieces that you might want to place. Just like the studio-type unit, the one-bedroom units also have a pre-built kitchen area with overhead cupboards, tiled counters and a sink. You can also find a complete, tiled bathroom. All units (including the studio-type units) have provisions for a split-type air conditioner, so your kids can comfortably do their schoolwork even when it is scorching hot outside.
